Why every company needs a culture code, Why every company needs a culture code

On April 8th, the social production company Themoff and the Elena Barraquer Foundation presented the documentary #NoMoreCataracts at the Repsol Campus. A global challenge, a film that reflects the impact of preventable blindness due to cataracts on vulnerable communities around the world and the great help that the foundation's actions in these areas represent.
The event brought together a large number of attendees including healthcare professionals, business figures and other influential people committed to this cause. The presentation also featured the prominent presence of Dr. Elena Barraquer, who was accompanied by Repsol's president, Antonio Brufau, and representatives of the Banco Sabadell and Mutua Madrileña foundations.
After the screening of the documentary, a space for dialogue was created, led by journalist Anatxu Zabalbeascoa, where the challenge of combating avoidable blindness and the need to join forces to bring ophthalmological care to those who need it most was discussed. In the words of Dr. Elena Barraquer,
"This documentary is a testament to the transformative power of cataract surgery. We want the world to understand that eradicating avoidable blindness is possible if we join forces and provide the necessary ophthalmological care to the most vulnerable communities that do not have access to this type of medical care."

The stories behind #NoMoreCataracts
The documentary includes moving testimonies, stories of overcoming and the work of a team of volunteers committed to restoring sight to those who have gone blind; thus, showing the radical change that a simple cataract surgery can mean in their lives. "Who wouldn't give a week of their time to give someone their life back?" is the reflection that leads this production, which seeks to raise public awareness about the importance of access to cataract surgery to prevent blindness in disadvantaged areas of the world.
Themoff is working to make #NoMoreCataracts soon available on digital platforms.
